Returns

Thank you for shopping at trendonlineiom.com

We appreciate your business and would like to make the Returns process as simple as possible. Our products are quality checked before leaving us and should arrive in perfect condition.  If, for any reason You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please follow the steps below.

For the product to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange, the product must:

• be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition
• not used or damaged
• include original tags (if applicable)
• have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for any Return delivery charge and/or any damage during the Return delivery.

 How to Make a Return

Please notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of the order payment date.

Before returning the product, please email 

info@trendonlineiom.com

with the following information:

• Your name and address
• Product details
• Order and/or Invoice number(s)
• The reason for the return
• Whether you require a Refund or Exchange

We will email you to confirm that the item(s) may be returned together with any details needed by you.  Please wait for our response before returning the product.

We will inspect the product on receipt.  We will then confirm via Email, that a Refund or Exchange will be made or our reasons for not providing a Refund or Exchange.  Alternative options may be offered.  Original Delivery charges will not be Refunded.

Refunds will be made to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase.

Alternatively, you may return the item yourself to our shop during normal opening hours (Monday to Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm).  Please email info@trendonlineiom.com with the above details if you intend to do this.  Items bought through Trendonline and returned to the shop will be subject to the normal process for all website returns.  We may not be able to provide a refund or exchange immediately.

Please note that products bought from our physical Shop cannot be returned via our website.
